Our Mission
ATMATA SOLUTIONS is a business automation company. We build AI-powered systems that replace manual, repetitive processes across finance, sales, inventory, HR, and operations — so businesses can scale without scaling overhead.
We started with the problem we know best: accounts payable. Finance teams spend countless hours matching invoices to purchase orders, chasing discrepancies, and manually entering data into spreadsheets. We built an AI system that does this automatically — and we are applying the same approach to every department.

Our Technology
ATMATA SOLUTIONS is built on modern, secure cloud infrastructure with AI at its core. Our document understanding and matching engines are powered by advanced large language models including GPT-4o and Claude. These models handle OCR, data extraction, intelligent matching, and natural-language exception reporting — and they continuously improve as they process more documents.
Every customer's data is protected with encryption in transit and at rest, with row-level security policies ensuring strict multi-tenant isolation. Each organization can only ever access its own documents and results.
